It’s a bright, sunny day, and Cat was walking through the streets, Slifer beside her in human form. He paid little attention to where he was going, as he had his head in a book, but he clearly knew where he was going since he had yet to run into anything. Cat looked at him and smirked.
“You’re going to run into something eventually if you don’t watch where you are going hun.” Cat teased. Without looking up, Slifer chuckled.
“I have a very good sense of self-placement. I know where I am going, even when I am not looking, Do not worry Kitty, besides, if you are that concerned about keeping concentration while you are traveling, you might want to start yourself and stop before you run into that magician who is just a few steps away from you.” Slifer mused. Kitty looked in front of her and peeped, walking right into the Magician of Black Chaos, knocking him over, for he had not seen her coming since he was talking to a blonde girl.
“Oh my Ra, I am so sorry! I really am!” Kitty said, very embarrassed. Slifer was trying hard not to laugh at his human’s hypocrisy, to little effect since he giggled just ever so slightly.
(OOC: No, your posts do not have to be this long, I only post like this because of my experience at a high-ranked proboards RP. You should have at least one 3 sentence paragraph though.)

The tall Magician wobbled and looked as if he was about to fall over, but the blonde girl he had been talking to grabbed onto him and managed to steady him just in time.
"Watch where you're going will you?" The Magician sounded less than impressed.
The blonde rolled her eyes and poked him in the chest. "Chaos, be nice will you?" She turned to the girl and smiled softly. "Sorry about that, he's a bit grumpy this morning."

Slifer sighed and put his book down, sensing some hostility from his human. Cat was just about to retort in a rather nasty way when Slifer grabbed her and put his hand over her mouth. He smiled at the blonde girl while restraining a rather angry Catilena and nodded.
"Not at all, Kitty is very hypocritical by nature, and so she should learn to take her own advice and watch where she is going." He said, saying the last part loudly in Cat's ear. She stopped struggling and closed her eyes, sweatdropping. Slifer chuckled and let go of her. Straightening herself out, Cat looked at the blonde and kept herself calm.
"My name is Catilena, my friends call me cat or Kitty, and this is Slifer," she said, and Slifer nodded and raised his hand a little before letting it fall back to his side. "He is my Guardian." She said happily.

The blonde smiled. "I'm Ashely, although most call me Shelly and this," she nodded to the Magician who was looking around and seemed a bit impaitient. "This is Chaos; he's my Guardian." Ashely smiled brightly, nudged Chaos a bit and took his arm.
Chaos nodded to Cat and Slifer after letting the short (compared to him anyway) blonde human hold onto his arm.
"He's a little bit of a grump today, and he hasn't told me why yet."
"Our stupid landlord kicked us out," the Magician grumbled.
"Because someone," the blonde looked at Chaos, "got into an argument with our neighbours."

Slifer chuckled and touched Cat's shoulder, telling her not to laugh. She got the hint and licked her lips, a sure sign that she was trying not to laugh, and cleared her throat.
"Well, you are more than welcome to stay in our city. If you want, I can show you to where our housing district is." She offered. Slifer moved up to her and elbowed her. "OW! Hey!" She yelled at her Guardian.
"You have a job to get to, so go, you are already late, and I don't want to have to fly you." Slifer said in annoyance. Cat's eyes widened and she began to freak out.
"Oh my Ra! You're right! Nice to meet you Ashely! I gotta go, sorry!" she said and she ran past the two with inhuman speed. Slifer just shook his head slowly.
"Sometimes, I don't know what is going through that girls head. So, shall I show you around?" Slifer offered.

Chaos blinked at the back of the retreating girl.
Ashely rolled her eyes at her Guardian before turning to Slifer. "That would be very kind of you and most appreciated. Yes please."

Slifer smiled and turned around, walking slowly to allow them to follow.
"So, where did you come from? Is it far?" He asked, trying to make polite conversation.

Chaos walked alongside his Human.
"Oh no, not too far. At least I don't think so."
"She's not very good at Geography really."
Ashely smiled softly. "No, I'm not. I do't think it took us long to get here though."

Slifer chuckled and stretched his arms, popping his shoulders. He began pointing to different places and explaining what they were.
"...and this is our Spell-Train Academy, this is for large Guardians, like me, so that we can learn how to make ourselves smaller so we can live with our humans. Many Spellcastors teach here, but don't let whatever rumors are going around that spellcastors are the ONLY staff, as long as you use magic, it matters not what you are." He explained. Just as he finished, an explosion was heard, sending a dinosaur flying 50 feet in the air before a mage retrieved him. Slifer chuckled and shook his head.
"New guardian, don't worry, it happens more often than you think." He mused.

As the explosion went off the blonde jumped and Chaos pulled her close to his side, holding her protectively as they both watched the dinosaur.
"They're all friendly, aren't they?" Ashely asked, still watching the sky.

Slifer chuckled and turned to face them. His heart warmed at the sight of the Magician holding the girl protectively. I see, he is more than just a guardian it seems, interesting. Slifer thought. He smirked at them and nodded.
"Of course, the guardians who dwell here would not hurt you any more than your own would. I assure you, Cat and I would not allow them to roam free if we thought they would be a danger to anyone. We do get the occasional trouble-maker now and then, but they are quickly caught and united with their chosen." Slifer promised. He closed his eyes and remembered how nervous his own human was when he had entered her life, savoring the thought, he opened his eyes and looked at Ashely and her Mage.
"Now then, are you hungry, perhaps? I will be more than happy to treat you two to one of our finest cafes before I show you to your new house, or would that be apartment?" He wondered, tilting his head.

Chaos listened to the Dragon in Human form talk about the Guardian. "Good system you've got going here then..." The Mage blinked as a soft growling noise reached his ear and looked down at his companion.
Ashely blushed. "Food would be -very- much appreciated."
The Mage chuckled. "I see someone skipped breakfast again..."
"Not like we had much choice, stupid landlord..."
Chaos patted Shelly's hair before turning back to Slifer. "Food would be very kind, thank you. In regards to lodgings, I think an apartment would suit us better. This one," he nodded to Shelly, who was still leaning against him, "would be less likely to hurt herself first thing in the morning that way."

Slifer smiled and nodded, looking around.
"hmm, let's see, Ah! There, that is where you can get the best breakfast, believe it or not." Slifer said, pointing at a cafe with a huge dragon on it. The sign above it read 'The Dragons Den'.
"Come, and order anything you like, it's on me." Slifer smiled and he walked toward 'The Dragons Den', pausing at the door to wait for his guests.

Ashely giggled and let Chaos lead the way, both of them nodding a thanks to Slifer as he held the door open for them. Chaos chose a booth and let Ashely slide in first, sitting next to her; she was betwee the wall and him. He picked up a menu and offered it to her, making her smile, thank him and take it before studying it. The Magician watched her for a few moments before studying his own menu.

Slifer sat next to the Magician, not bothering to pick up his own menu, and yawned just as a Serpent Night Dragon came to the table, although you couldn't tell, there was a feeling that the dragon was smiling.
"Welcome to the Den, and welcome back Slifer. The Usual?" It asked in a beautiful feminen voice.
"Please." Slifer replied. The Serpent Night Dragon took out a note pad and scribbled something down before turning to Slifer's guests.
"Haven't seen you around here before, I like meeting new people, you here to stay? Anyway, what can I get'cha?" She asked curiously.
