Slifer chuckled and smiled.
"Ah, yes, I understand. Most humans do fear heights, I find. Well, here you are, go ahead and get settled and then check in with the intendent so that she knows you're here. I've gotta go, I hope to see you again real soon." Slifer said as he brought them to the front door of their apartment.
(OOC: Go ahead and make your home however you like, it can face the sea or just inside the city, etc, and you can decribe it however you wish. You may doublepost if you like.)

Ashely and Chaos waved goodbye to Slifer before unlocking the front door to their new home and stepping inside. Chaos immediately located the phone in the living room and made a phonecall in order to get their stuff moved over, while Ashely explored the apartment which was close to the sea, but not to far from a corner shop; perfect.
She wandered around, loving how spacious the rooms seemed. The apartment had two bedrooms; one big enough for a double bed and the other large enough for a single and a nice sized desk. The bathroom had a built in shower as well as a bath. The lounge was more open plan right and lead to the kitchen, a breakfast bar being a divider, and the living room had a (rather) small garden. However it was big enough to hang washing out in and big enough to sit outside and read in, so Ashely was happy. She was also happy that all the rooms had nice windows that let in plenty of natural light.
After looking over the garden, Shelly wandered back into the main bedroom, standing in the doorway while she tried to figure out where to put her stuff.

A black-haired young girl was running through the many corridors. She had so much work to do! Two new tenents had arrived and she had to get the paperwork to them so they could fill it out! on top of that, one of her tenents shortchanged her for months and her dragon was not there to help her throw him out.
"oh, so much to do, and Sera isn`t back yet! I can`t throw this guy out without backup! Oh... maybe my new tenents have a guardian with them, I hope they`ll be willing to help... oh..."
She walked up to the door numbered 25 *this is your apartment number, keep it in mind* and knocked quietly, panting slightly from nervousness and from the fact that she was running. She waited until the door opened before she gathered herself.
"Hello. Welcome to your new home. I am your landlady, Kira Nightslash. I just need your signature on some of these papers here that show you understand that ALL your bills will be paid by me. Electricity, water, etc. And you get free basic cable, but if you want an upgrade you`ll have to discuss that with me or my guardian

Ashely stood in the doorway, listening the the woman who was talking, Chaos standing behind her. She nodded.
"Hello, pleased to meet you. I'm Ashely and this is Chaos."

Kira straightened up and smiled.
"Yes, well then. My name is Kira. And my dragon isn`t here yet. Um, I don`t mean to impose, and I`m willing to let you skip your first payment for this, but uh, may I borrow your guardian? I`m tired of waiting for my Serpent Night Dragon and I need to evict one of my tenents. He`s very violent and a sexist and I`m afraid to confront him alone without a duel-monsters company. Do you mind helping me Chaos? You guys won`t have to pay your first month`s rent if you help me?" She asked, hoping they would oblige.

"Sure," she said. "Anything to help."

Kira smiled and moved aside so that Chaos could get past her.
"Thank you so much! My friends call me Kiki, and if I were you, I`d make the girl stay, this guy is horribly sexist, and I`d hate to see her get hurt because of a favor I myself asked." She said, swallowing hard.
(Kiki is NOT trying to steal Chaos, just to be clear.)

Ashely smiled softly. "I was going to stay anyway, I don't like the sound of this guy."
Chaos patted her on the top of her head. "Good girl." He turned to Kiki, "okay then, let's go get this rid of this guy."

Kiki smiled and led Chaos to a set of nearby stairs. They walked up the stairs and she grew nervous again.
'oh, where is my darling dragon? The Magician of Black Chaos is a powerful shadow creature indeed, but I`m not used to doing something like this without Sera, oh Ra, if i make it out of this, she and I are going to have a LONG talk.
She thought as they reached the top of the stairs. She turned around as soon as Chaos reached the top.
"So, he is in apartment 133, what I really need from you is to stand behind me and make your presence known. He won`t try anything if there is a duel monster protecting me, he is very fearful of duel monsters and if it weren`t for the fact that Slifer and Kitty agreed to hold him here while the US sets up his trial, he wouldn`t even be in my apartments anyway and the duel monsters would`ve gotten rid of him. So let`s go, and thanks so much for this, if there is anyway I can repay you, anyway at all, please tell me." She said happily as she walked toward the apartment.

"Okay, I can do that. I'm very good at making my presence known," he grinned and kept following her.

They stopped in front of the door and Kira took a big breath. She was extremely nervous but she held it back and her professional mind kicked in. She got out her eviction papers and knocked firmly on the door. When the door opened, a large man (in every sense of the word) stood in the doorway. He had a shaved head and he was covered in prison tatoos.
'Yikes! must not be the first time he`s been in trouble with the law. Watch yourself Kiki, this is gonna be more trouble than you thought.'
"Totoro, I am tired of waiting for my payment. I am holding your eviction notices that you`ve so "kindly" delivered back to me for the past 8 weeks. You have 1 hour to clear out what you can before I remove you from your apartment and lock you out. Failure to cooperate with these instructions will result in your immediate arrest and---" She stopped. The man sneered at her unkindly and spat in her face.
"And what`s a no good bitch like you gonna do? Only thing yer good fer is a good time in bed, now git yer ass outta muh house before I prove it to yer." He said in a deep grodey voice. Kira Swallowed and step back ever so slightly, immediatly afraid.
'Oh Sera, where are you!? She mentally called, forgetting Chaos was right behind her.
(LoL, I actually knew a guy like this. Totoro is basically one of my buddies dads, who actually said to him *in full view of me* that women were not good for anything but a good time in bed. That they were worthless otherwise. He obviously beleived it since he had like, 5 or 6 kids, and you don`t even wanna know what the mother is like. I wish I kicked him in the nards while I had the chance.)

Chaos watched most of this quietly before clearing his throat and stepping forward, speaking quietly and calmly. "I'd advice against laying a hand on the lady and I'd advice doing what she says."

Totoro immediately stopped in his tracks at the sight of Chaos, and he gulped loudly when he realized he could be in trouble.
"Ahem, right then, uh, sery, I`ll be out in a few mins then, uh, heh." He mumbled before heading back inside the filthy apartment. Kira looked back at Chaos while getting out a tissue to wipe the spit off her face.
"Wow, uh, thanks. I would hate to come across you in a duel, haha. When we're done here, how about I treat you guys to lunch?" She offered.

Kira smiled and looked distastefully inside the apartment. She tried hard not to breath in the smell of the room, which had trash and dead pests all over the place. The apartment smelled like a war zone just after a battle. She scruntched her nose at the horrible smell and backed her head from the dorrway.
"Yuck! I know what Kitty and Slifer are doing THIS weekend, this is disgusting, how someone could live like this is beyond me. So listen, thanks so much for helpin me out. When this is done, I`ll put a dragon lock up and I`ll take you guys to the Dragon's Den for lunch. Sound good? Unless you wanna help secure the door, and possibly get overwhelmed by the smell of rotting flesh, you can go on home, once Totoro's been scared shitless it takes him awhile to grow back his backbone." She said, trying to be polite.
