she lives in morta, her school isn't too far from where she lives so she walks there and back with her best friend kitty. her mother died in an plane crash when she was young, so she is always depressed. any way, by plain or boat she travels to domino city occasionly with her pal kitty and her guardian to visit her father and the stores,
more about her parents: her mother came from Egypt and her father is Japanese. thanx to shindou's mother, shindou can be very stylish at points when it comes to special occasions and party's.

guardian personality: quiet, serious and often talkative when he's in the mood. he's really close to shindoushi. he and shindoushi work a lot when it comes to her university studies. dark magician is ether caught reading in the library or with shindou, sorting out her duelling deck. he's overall a really nice guy, OOH and vei'ry hansome ;D
how she met him: well, he found her really, when shindoushi's mother died, shindou suffered depression quiet alot and malnourishment, she eventually died, but her guardian, dark magician took over by trancfering himself into human life and changed the course of time back to where she was at the point of her youth days. through time they shared a strong bond between them, giving shindoushi the power to read his mind, and for DM to read her mind.

Hmm, well, let's start with where she lives, if she is in Morta, chances are, she lives here. Remember, Morta is an ISLAND city a few hundred miles away from New York city in the United States, and so to get here requires flight or a boat, and I doubt her Guardian brings her here often, we all know how big the Dark magician is, and so you have to take size and stamina into consideration. Domino city is in Japan, which is quite far from the US, I doubt DM would even consider making the trip here unless it was permanent. Might I make a suggestion? Shindou and Kitty could be good friends, and Shindou used the power and money of her company to help build Morta. I've been thinking of a way to get rid of that plothole in my building of this RP, and that could do it.

Next, you have a few plot holes. Like in how she met her guardian. Shindoushi died for no reason and the Dark Magician just popped out of nowhere? My suggestion here: Shindoushi died from malnourishment after her mother died and the Dark Magician, her favorite monster in her deck, took action by appearing in the real world and reversed time to save her life. Second, if the Dark Magician is her guardian, he is ALREADY in the real world, he lives with her. Third, if Shindou is human, how does she have the "power" to summon him whenever she wants? Try using Kenouni's idea and have DM and Shindou be mentally connected, so they read each others thoughts.

These are just a few suggestions to help you fill in those plotholes, but once you do fill them in, I'll definately approve Shindou, she sounds like an interesting character, and I can't wait to see you use her, but we need to fix up her profile first.
